General Terms and Conditions of AppartementHotels.com

Scope of Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions govern all unbinding reservation requests using the AppartementHotels.com reservation system. Detailed information that exceeds the scope of these General Terms and Conditions as well as contract requirements will be sent to you separately during the separate reservation and booking dialogs on this site. These must be expressly accepted as well.

Requests for reservation quotes and booking

On behalf of the guest, www.appartementhotels.com will forward every reservation requests and booking to the respective house or provider as a declaration of intent. Reservation requests or requests for unbinding quotes will be e-mailed to the house or provider, who must answer these directly and promptly with a quote or the desired information.

Contract for Accommodations or Travel Services and Payment

Contracts for accommodations or travel services are completed directly between the guest and the selected house or provider. The confirmed price must be paid directly to the house or provider. All resulting claims and obligations resulting from the contract for accommodations or travel services exist solely between the booking party and the selected house or provider. If the guest shortens his stay compared to what was agreed upon in the contract, the hotel reserves the right to adapt the price per night which corresponds to the shortened period of stay.

Standard Bookings

The booking shall be adhered to by the hotel according to the terms in the contractual agreement. The hotel may charge a fee for no-shows. The guest no longer has any claim to said accommodations after this time. If the guest can only arrive after the agreed-upon time, he must notify the house directly as to his planned arrival time. In cases of longer-term stays, other conditions may apply! The guest must also observe all of the hotel's detailed booking conditions shown during the booking dialog as well as in the written confirmation.

Changes and Cancellations

To prevent misunderstandings, all changes and cancellations should be made directly to the house or provider.

All information and description of houses and travel arrangements are founded on entries made by the respective houses and providers.

Room Prices

All prices shown on AppartementHotels.com are current, economical daily rates displayed on behalf of the respective house and for which all bookings made using the AppartementHotels.com reservation system - available throughout the world - are valid.
Bookings are made at the best possible, most current and economical daily rate, which is supplied directly by the house and displayed on behalf of the house.
Prices offered via AppartementHotels.com may not be higher than those prices offered directly on the market or via other service-providers (so-called rate parity).
In Germany, all prices shown include tips and VAT. Other conditions may apply in other countries. Please note that certain cities require payment of a guest tax. Some countries require payment of local taxes on travel and/or room prices and/or an additional service charge. The amount of such taxes and charges may change constantly. Any statements made about these are thus unbinding. Prices in other currencies are subject to changes in exchange rates. The contract for accommodations and its financial settlement are concluded directly with the hotel.
