The Holländerhaus is a listed Ensemble of buildings in the Dutch Quarter (Holländisches Viertel) of Potsdam’s town centre which we have carefully renovated and fitted out in a modern style. The result is not a traditional hotel, but a place where people can live, work, and have a sense of well being during either short or long stays. Various large office suites occupy the side wings of the ground floor. In the basement, a sauna, complete with relaxation room, awaits you. Courtyard buildings with balconies lend the surroundings a southern flair. The view from the top floor apartments looks out over the roofs of Potsdam’s Baroque style town centre; a small inner courtyard with a glass roof offers an oasis of calm in the middle of the town.
