Booking conditions

The afore-mentioned daily price is payable and due respectively as of the 5th work day of each month and applies for the agreed duration of the stay. The 1.month has to be paid by credit card or bank transfer on or before arrival. A credit card has to be provided as a guarantee. During the fair periods in we charge an extra fee of 60.00EUR p./d.

Cancellation deadlines and fees

A cancellation free of charges is possible until 2 weeks before arrival. A cancellation after the free of charge cancellation deadline or failure to make use of the apartment will be charged with 90% of the agreed rate for any remaining period.
